TfL are out of touch
TfL are out of touch. They are pricing the poor and working classes and independent businesses out of using London's road as most of us cannot afford new ULEZ compliant vehicles or electric ones nor even have the space or costs of facilities to charge them. When there has been train strikes, heatwaves and their network is down - key workers such NHS staff, firefighters, police, sanitation workers etc who were all holding the city together, working tirelessly and maintaining order (on TfL's sites/ roads etc) did not have their ULEZ or Congestion Fee's wavered so had to pay extortionate fuel fees, parking costs and then a stealth tax for the privilege of getting into a gutty day of work to keep the city going!?! You could not make that up. Imagine if all these NHS workers, cops, refuse workers, firefighters etc called in sick on those days due to not being able to afford to get to work.
There are various FAKE congestion and ULEZ charge payment sites that TfL warn consumers about which appear at the top of a search engine before TfLs own payment links. I find it hard to believe that a big organisation such as TfL/ Mayor's Office with their weighty legal departments and links to big business, government and Google themselves - cannot get these sites removed or closed down or at least alter their algorhythm?! If they pursued this with the same vigour as they do chasing fixed penalties or fees from the public then they might have a chance of doing some good!

tfl making people jobless…
tfl making people jobless Intentionally and I dont understand Their motive behind it. Specially taxi & phv driver licencing Department unable to renew any licence in time despite sending renewal form 4 months earlier forcing people sitting at home for months without any job/ Income. 99% of the them have no alternatives and its The only source to provide Their family but despite sending email ever week explaining the family situations tfl don’t give a dam care about anything forcing people into more debt and poverty.

Worst experience
Rude, horrible customer service waking you up early in the morning with rude employees gaslighting you and being cheeky. Can easily say this is the worst experience I've dealt with any company ever. TFL is more of a scam than anything else.

Instead of adding more trains because of the heatwave you take them out and now trains are coming on 30 minutes frequency. What is the logic?!
People are waiting on the platform in heat!!! I really think that this is quite stupid.

Legal scammers
Legal scammers. Touched in and out on the train, still got 2 fare charges. Getting it sorted is a nightmare. I won’t be using the train for Gatwick any more from now on. Not worth the hassle

Appalling Customer Service.
My iphone stolen from right beside me today at High Street Kensington Tube on a seat by platform 1. Went to the the control room to ask about cctv, the guy in there not remotely helpful or interested, appalling attitude. Typical RMT moron.

Tfl service inaccurate and costs more

You need to revise ur journey planner
More than three times now it’s told me how to get somewhere and on return I’ve found a much quicker/simpler route
For example today- you advised to to take three buses to my destination- pay three monies - yet when I got there it was clear one bus would have taken me the whole way?
Is this a way of collecting more money from travellers or just incompetence?
Disappointing wastage of time using your journey planner service

TFL Metropolitan Line Closure
For the 5th time this year I’ve had to cancel or change weekend plans as a result of TFL line closure. If you live on a metropolitan line station forget about travelling into London on a weekend. The service is a complete disgrace, constant closures all across the line- and thats if the drivers fancy turning up to work amongst the constant strike action.
